"Staff appears inexperienced. No bed linens or towels were in the cabin when I checked-in. I informed reception and they would inform someone to bring them. Over two hours later I went to reception to let them know that no linens or towels were delivered. the receptionist took me to a storage room and gave me a set. Strangely today I received a message from them through Expedia;
Dear guest!

"The location is in the inner city and is great to visit Falun, or do some shopping. The room was small but very clean, the shower was great. The breakfast is very good, various and generous. The ladies were nice and helpful. "

"What a fantastic stay in this hotel. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were always greeted with friendly, helpful staff, whether it be answering our queries or just saying a friendly hello as we passed. The services offered were amazing- free tea, coffee, cold water and fruit and the breakfast catered for all tastes.

"This hotel is beautiful on the inside. Large and comfortable rooms with amazingly comfy beds that are reclining. Huge clean bathroom, tons of electric outlets in the room.
The lobby and restaurant is also very stylish with plenty of space, yet gives a cozy atmosphere with lighting and a fireplace. The food at dinner was great, and there was a huge selection at breakfast. Something for everyone!
They even have a games room for kids to play foozeball or Ping pong. We didn’t have time to check out the pool, but we will be back next year!"
