I got a room on the top floor and there is no lift which was not ideal with luggage but likely explains the reasonable price. I stayed over a weekend and there was a wedding one night that went on very late into the night which kept me up. Otherwise a great stay. "While the main room was ok, the bathroom functionality was a major drawback. The space is exceptionally small, and maneuvering through the glass shower door was a real struggle. Housekeeping was also nonexistent during my time there, as no one came to service the room. Additionally, there was a plumbing issue with the sink—whenever the tap was running, old hair would float up to the surface. I hope management addresses these maintenance and cleaning standards."

"We flew all the way from New Zealand looking forward to a relaxing stay, but unfortunately this experience was anything but relaxing.
We booked a room advertised as having two double beds, only to arrive and discover it contained only one. Reception informed us that the property does not have any rooms with two double beds, despite this being how the room was advertised.
After countless back-and-forth communications with the hotel and UDTM, as well as additional costs for international phone...
