Upon arrival the person at the desk was sitting in the dark and didn’t turn the lights on until about halfway through our interaction. Once we got up to our floor there was a noticeable amount of trash in the hallways. Room layouts are tight despite it being a suite and the wash cloth in the bathroom was dirty and stained. In the morning we needed to leave and there was no one at the front desk to check out with. After about 10 minutes of waiting we left the keys on the desk and left. No housekeeping service the 4 nights I stayed there, although there was a sign they cleaned every 3 days. The keurig in the lobby only worked the first 2 days, then it was non-operational. Because there was no housekeeping, the hotel room coffee maker only had coffee for one day.
