Picking up the key was a nightmare, original key didn’t work so it was 3 days before the issue was resolved. Location of the key pick up should be described better. The temporary location was much easier with the lock box opposite the hotel. This is the second time I have stayed at an apartment and had issues getting a key outside of normal hours. The staff tried their best to resolve my issues.
