Just because I had a well priced personal deal through Expedia that shouldn’t have meant that I got awhat looked like the worst room up a flight of stairs that felt like the servants quarters, that had mould and mildew around the window and in the bathroom. Room desperately in need of refurbishment. Although I had read that the hotel had a lift, which was essential for my needs, there was no mention in the description that this room was stairs only access. I didn’t request lift access as assumed there was one. Reception greeting and check out was very minimal with no interaction other than was absolutely necessary so no feeling of being welcome or valued. Not somewhere I would stay again.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the commercial center and the train station. The breakfast is fantastic, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are very clean. It is a great choice.
