Great location and beautiful property. They seemed understaffed and the staff was stressed and out of breath and dismissive. I had two children in strollers and requested a bottom floor, they asked if there was another accommodation I would like even though they were fully booked. There was children’s bikes advertised as an amenity which they did not have available and the man seemed very confused when asked about it. I would stay here again for the convenience and size of the rooms, but without the expectation that I could rely on high quality service or children’s amenities.

The receptionist was super friendly and respectful and the room (junior suite) was very roomy. The design was rich and luxurious feeling, and the bathroom was beautiful and well appointed.

Lovely hotel just on outskirts of town. About 2 mins walk to all the bars, shops and restaurants. Lovely friendly staff on desk to check in. Room was perfect for one person. All clean and modern. Even allowed me to park my motorbike in courtyard. Recommended stay in bayeux. Thank you.
