Hotels.com told us that we had paid 50% up front when booking but we had to pay 100% of the cost upon arrival. Will i ever see my 50% deposit again?"

"De locatie van het hotel is prachtig gelegen aan de Rursee, met een groot buitenterras. Als je in het laagseizoen gaat is het heel rustig en is de omgeving perfect geschikt voor mooie wandelingen. Het hotel zelf voelt in de kamers ietwat gedateerd aan, maar het is wel allemaal schoon en alles werkt naar behoren. Het zelfbedieningsrestaurant is goed, maar ook niet meer dan dat. "We've been coming to Art Hotel for many years. It is a great place to relax and have an amazing breakfast in a very quiet calm area of the city, yet 10 min taxi from city center or nice 30min walk. We will continue to come here <3"
