"The apartment is a large luxury apartment with many amenitities such as a jacuzzi tub, heated floors, in the batroom, and Netflix on the tv’s, and a washer and dryer. It’s in a great location close to everyting in a pedestrian zone. The only improvement I suggest is the blind in the upstairs bedroom is missing so the sun starts coming in early making it hard to sleep late. "

"Staff were great although the reception staff were hit and miss with positive/welcoming attitude. Conditions in hotel 'great' as expected. Good choice and quality of food at breakfast with the exception of the 'English / warm' breakfast (The worst I have had in Europe for several years. Both were newly and beautifully renovated. Comfortable bed, plenty of storage. The staff at the reception desk was super friendly and accommodating in every respect.
