Our first room, bed had hair, pillows stained, and towels also had stains. When we informed the front desk, the woman was very accommodating and changed our rooms. She was sincere and helpful.
Beyond that first room we had an enjoyable stay. A local told us it is one of the best places to stay.

Extremely helpful staff, clean room, great location, breakfast was okay but multiple food options, nice pool, hot tub was broken at time of stay but still usable. Would definitely stay here again.
