Hotel location is great. It is a short walk to the attractions and open spaces of the Seattle Centre and downtown is easily accessed by the Monorail which is an attraction in itself. The roof terrace has great views and is a lovely space to sit out. The staff were friendly and helpful

great hidden gem, central, good location, has an elevator that goes into whole foods for munchies. recommended.

The hotel, through 3 different credit card billings, charged us over $652 for a one night stay! Expedia stated the total would be $342.53, we additionally paid $52 for parking (stated on Warwick website) and about $40 in room service: $434.53. So apparently Warwick has overcharged us by more than $217! Additionally, I was under the impression that a Premier room would be higher than the 10th floor. Bathroom was clean and nice but very noisy. Room service dessert was terrible; one scoop of vanilla ice cream for $8, and it arrived half melted; Chocolate cake and cheesecake extremely mid. My wife and kids saw people smoking in the restaurant downstairs. We will never stay in another Warwick Hotel.
