Advertised pricing is lower in comparison to other hotels in the area, but they charge you for parking, charged us extra to check-in an hour early. Rooms are clean, but nothing extraordinary. Location was very convenient, but would stay elsewhere next time.

Handy location for the visiting the Fringe Festival, Strathcona Market, Blues on Whyte, and Whyte Ave. Great breakfast included. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Staff was friendly. Valet service was great and made parking in this congested area easy.
