The staff went above and beyond! Very helpful, all the way from the housekeepers, to front desk, etc. I really thought they were friendly. The sheets were very clean and smelled nice. There is a sealed bug and waterproof mattress cover over the mattress, followed by a mattress pad and a fitted sheet, then the top sheet, soft blanket and a coverlet.
Is this place older, yes. And some things need a deep clean. Like the floorboards. But this was also the most affordable hotel in a very pricey coastal holiday type town, so consider that you’ll be saving around one hundred dollars a night staying here over H—I—- over the river.

Everything was wonderful, except for our room keys. We had to have them replaced at least 4 times. They weren't working for the room or amenity rooms. But the staff was quick and nice about it.

"We enjoyed our stay!! Very clean and comfortable. The half bath is a Jack and Jill bath but that wasn’t a problem for us. Everything is just as pictured. Easy walk to the beach where we saw deer on our way to and from. If you want a fun place to hangout, The Deck is walking distance and it was great ..."
