Not near what I expected... Made me think it was across st from the lake..not even close.. Very shady area..parking lot not maintain..people loitering.. Felt un comfortable.. I will be more careful to check reviews more carefully.. No amenities.. nothing.. only frig..no coffee.. Noisy air unit.. I do not recommend staying there..

Absolutely amazing! This was our first bed and breakfast experience and the bar is now set very high. Patrick was a wonderful host, the mansion is breathtaking, and breakfast was top notch. Highly recommend!

If noise, look-dirty jacuzzi and the absence of hair dryer doesn't bother you, then stay at room #102/104. Only then, you might appreciate the secondaries like large bath towels, comfy beds, and because you are already up at 6AM, be the first one to enjoy hot pancakes for breakfast. Nice looking fairplace is just for that, and doesn't compensate the discomfort from drapeless window, which is next to the hotel's entrance. As we all know, blinds are never secure and never muffle the noise.

Everything was more than up to par hotel wise. Additionally, a beautiful setting next to a marina and within walking distance to downtown eateries. We could not have chosen a better place to stay and enjoy the sights and activities of Muskegon. Thank you so much.
