"The unit itself was great and the proximity to beach, petrol, cafe, restaurant, grocery store so convenient. Far less hectic than Shoal Bay and Nelson Bay but close enough for an easy drive and day out."

"A lovely home but not ideal for 8 women who have not seen each other for a while and were a bit excited. We constantly had to remind ourselves when outside on the balcony. Neighbours deliberately stood in the street and counted heads and may have recorded us talking. Great home and facilities and location."

Seriously it was like we were being treated as kindergarten kids. Having to send everyone's name and mobile number and having to send photos of the card holders DL and credit card, i found very invasive. "Unfortunately this was an unpleasant stay for us. The following were some issues encountered:1. No hot water2. No body wash3. Poor hygiene of cassette toilet4. Parking - one needs to park on crushed terracotta tiles which are uneven, sharp and very difficult to walk on. The parking is about 50m from the Tiny Home. One needs to carry their bags there. Wheelchair access is not available. 5. The view was predominately of a construction site as there are other homes being built on the vineyards....

"Overall we really enjoyed our stay, the location close the beach is fantastic, the place had everything we needed and the bedrooms were well appointed. I would absolutely recommend but a couple of things to note, the aircons have a 4 hr timer so on a really hot night you will need to press the timer to turn them back on, the aerial isn't great so when it's windy, which is most of the time, the picture breaks up a lot. The back room is really a shed with no aircon, wouldn't advise in summer, this...

"Perfect accommodation for our family of 6.Stunning views of the water.Close to the beach and pubs/restaurants. Great veranda area with bbq,table/chairs to enjoy the views and have dinner/drinks/play cards etc. Would recommend this place to everyone. Only thing is steep driveway"
