Came for the pool but didn’t get a chance to enjoy due to our lateness, as well you have to pay extra for access to it which was not worth the 1-2 hours of potential enjoyment that we could’ve had. We also did not feel that safe in this area of the city where the hotel was. A lot of graffiti everywhere. What appeared to be the ?homeless consuming drugs during our walk from the parkade. There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby as well as a nice patio on their on-site Green resto. The staff were so very helpful; they were able to lend ma a wire to charge my iphone overnight as mine was not working. Also forgot my e-reader in the room which they held for me up to 6 days when I was able to pick it up! "Room was clean. Some new facilities but mostly old furniture from previous hotel brand. Carpets marked and stained from where previous furniture was.
Shower was dangerous. Burning hot water then ice cold, without moving temperature control. In 6 days I never once managed to shower without being burned.
Room temperature was unpleasant, even with provided fan running constantly. Airflow from it barely reached 2 feet away. I wouldn't like to stay there when it was warm outside as room temperature...

"The accommodation does not face the pedestrian zone as the address suggests but a large busy road called Suedring which is very noisy, as they clearly know from the ear plugs they supply. It’s impossible to open the windows because of that noise. But this is not advertised. The access code was only available on the day at 3pm whilst the Expedia website said it would be sent a day in advance. I left my new iphone charger and lead behind by mistake but they did not find it, apparently.
