Was surprised at the extra historical charge.

I enjoyed being at this Hilton property however when I came into my room, I was very thirsty and looking for any records of courtesies that would be there available for me as a Hilton member. They were bottles of water in the room, but their only thing that shouted out to me from the water was that it was three dollars a bottle. It wasn’t until the next day that actually read what it said, and it said free to the occupants in the room. I feel that it should’ve been more welcoming in terms of as a gift to you as an occupant instead of shutting you away from it initially because the water was three dollars a bottle to non guests. In my opinion, that was not a promotion it was a deterrent and not necessary.

I've stayed at many nice hotel's and this one topped them all for me. From the moment we checked in and shared that we were there for a birthday trip, the wonderful front desk workers gifted us we free breakfast cards and even paid our parking for the multiple days we were staying. Loved the extra security feature of the elevators being unable to move unless you swipe your room key. Made it feel extra safe going through the hallways at night alone because you knew there was no way someone that wasnt ment to be on your floor would be. Then lastly the room was very clean, the waterfall shower was so nice and i loved that the tv offered Chromecast so i could watch anything i normally watch. I will be back again and will recommend it to anyone i know that are deciding to have a minnesota getaway.
