"Great location. The mattress was too firm fir me but i understand they have a generic size. Didnt like the fact my window overlooked a square dark courtyard so no natural light available. Didnt know if it was day or night. First day i arrived reception would not give me extra milk and told me to buy a cup from the coffee shop inside. Taken aback by that and had to find a supermarket to buy some milk. Banging of the doors during late evening found it hard to sleep. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful in assisting me with location of places of interest. Amazing city and it really was a fantastic holiday nevertheless."

"From the moment we were greeted at the reception by the lovely Roberto, who helpfully pointed out the hot spots for us to visit, authentic tapas and the stunning cathedral which we could view from the hotels rooftop pool to the rest of the staff, who were so friendly, nothing was too much trouble, the location was perfect for us, it was very hot so our last day was a much needed pool day! Thank you, we will Definitely return!!!"

"This was the second time we came to this hotel, we went last year as well and again, had a great time! I noticed some differences in friendliness from the staff, they were even more friendly and helpful compared to last year and also the restaurants felt less crowded and hectic which made the experience even better. Rooms and all public areas are very clean, the food is good and the control of the reserved sunbeds continues to be a plus, a special thank you to Miguel who was the control and always made sure there were beds available for everyone."

"The hotel was just a short drive away (about 15 mins) from the centre of Seville. We had a Junior Suite which was a very good size along with a huge bathroom. Although it was slightly dated, it did not stop us enjoying the comfort of the room. The food at breakfast was amazing. The choice and quality were outstanding. We also ate dinner at the hotel and thought the quality was also very good. We appreciated the free parking at the hotel. We would definitely return to this hotel."
