Great place - good location and amazing view. There is also a mall downstairs which is very handy.

This hotel is perfectly located for exploring Wroclaw. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach Market Square in Old Town, Wroclaw University, Cathedral Island, at least two tram stops, and many shops. The hotel itself has been luxuriously renovated. Rooms are spacious and have all the amenities you could want. The beds are so, so comfortable and everything is spotlessly clean. The staff is wonderful and the breakfast is legendary: seemingly endless choices of meats and cheeses, breads and pastries, juices, fruits, salads, and desserts. They will prepare your eggs any way you wish. There is a juicer if you prefer to press fresh orange, apple, pear, or vegetable juice, and there is an espessso/cappuccino machine so you can have your favorite coffee. (A 24-hour espresso/cappuccino/cocoa machine is also available off the lobby and dispenses hot water for a variety of teas.) We travel often and have stayed in hundreds of hotels, but Haston Old Town is at or near the top of the list!

My room and bathroom were spotless with all toiletries topped up full. Lovely modern looking room with a fully functioning TV. Particularly impressed with the on tap filtered drinking water and glass bottles to fill up for the night. Staff were all very polite and helpful and always got a "good morning". Brekfast buffet had masses of choice and plenty, plenty of food. Always topped up. Gym and spa were both really good, clean and well maintained. The pool was ok too. Thanks for a lovely week's stay. Much appreciated.

Ultimately, it was a nice place and it had a great view, but we could never figure out how to turn on and work the climate control system and we asked for help and never got it. We asked multiple times and they assured us we would get help, but we never did. This place only gives you one pillow, which is a very, very, very small pillow per person and very minimal towels and no water. Also they charge you additional for parking. If you had parking and you came back later that night and it was anything past 10 PM it’s difficult to find parking even though they’ll tell you they have plenty of parking. It’s not like that.
