I loved that it was right in the center of all the good hotels. There were a lot of people cleaning up around the slot machines with cigarettes and cups and trash. Also, it was hard to find a cocktail server. At one point I had to go up to the bar and break away from gambling so I could just go get my own $20 drink. Every hotel in Vegas is pretty much the same so sometimes you need something that stands out. I didn’t find the staff (except for the valet/bell hop service) was very helpful. Especially when I left my makeup bag in the hotel and reported it the next day and then I got a return email saying that they could not locate my item. It should’ve been found when someone cleaned my room so I’m at a loss for that. I realize that with technology times are changing, but when I have to order room service through a QR code over my phone, I find that to be very inconvenient. What happened to the day when you picked up the phone and order room service and it came to your room and you didn’t have to order it from some restaurant in their hotel. To say the least, I was not very happy with my stay.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Location is the best feature

I really enjoyed myself and gave me a home like environment and feeling they were very clean. Staff was willing to work with me when I had an issue with the people upstairs. Their water were leaking in my room. They took care of it right away that it expeditiously, they didn’t have me wait no time I really enjoyed the service and the amenities and the place.
