"First time in Sweden, this hotel was better then I expected. Rooms are great, very comfortable, sound proof rooms, staff is amazing and speaks English well and can help with everything, the breakfast is by far the best part OMG. The hotel is close to the central station which helps a lot, it’s in walking distance of grocery stores and many restaurants etc. by far a great place and I will be coming back very soon. ❤️"

"We weren't sure when we arrived to find ourselves in the middle of an industrial estate but once we'd settled in we really enjoyed our stay. It's about a 10 min walk to the tram - get yourself a day pass as it makes life so much easier and it even includes the ferries to the archipelago. The boat was comfortable and well equipped. We slept very well. "

"The property was an average one, which is fine, however there was no fridge, coffee maker or even a phone in the room. Since you could not call the front desk, you had to go down each time. In order to have a cup of coffee from the lobby area you either needed to pay (I've never been to a hotel anywhere in the world where coffee wasn't complimentary) or become part of their Peacock Club." or something like that. The staff were also extremely rude with the exception of the two people in the dining room and Peter at the front desk. Peter, in particular, was fantastic. He was very nice and really went above and beyond for the guests. He was actually listening for quite a while to a man tell him how horrible the rest of the staff had been to him and his family. Overall if you're looking for a cheap place to go then this is fine but if you want a nice place with great customer service then look elsewhere."

"Hotel was empty, asked for a room with a better view (a few doors from our room) so that we can see the ocean unobstructed. There were no difference in rates in the rooms. The service agent lied to us that the hotel was fully booked (I could have reserved 10 rooms on Expedia that minute) and did not even look at our request. The room was dirty so was the washroom. Clearly they want to be an upscale resort but are really not."
