The carpet is old and torn in places. When we arrived the house had garbage full in cans on the street, missed garage day. There was a full can on the side of the house too. We found hair in the bed. The hot tub was cloudy and dirt on the floor of tub. We messaged the host and got a quick reply with excuses and a promise to send someone out the following day.
