"When we arrived they informed us that they did not have the rooms that I had reserved so they took us to another cheaper, not as nice hotel with no hot water. We paid more for our rooms which we did NOT get than the rooms cost at the new hotel. And did not get a refund."

"The rooms were cleaned, and the staff were excellent. Everyone was willing to help. The only issue I noticed was noise due to lots of weddings that were ongoing at the property. There should be a way to have people having ceremonies and weddings in separate locations from the guests staying at the ..."
