"Franco was extremely helpful. He not only made sure someone was available to get us right in, but he arranged for parking for our rental car as well. We could not have asked for a better location. It is right off the Main Street with plenty of restaurants and stores easily in walking distance. It was extremely easy to get to the sights without long walks or taking taxis. "We spent 3 days at Casa Moncada in the heart of the action. We were late coming in due to missing a connecting flight and Giuseppe guided us and assisted with a driver from the airport. I will say without the driver knowing the exact location of the entrance, it would have been difficult to find. Inside was clean and comfortable, the bed was comfortable for sleeping. "We throughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and historic home. The rain prevented us from site seeing mostly so we were cozy in our home and gardens. Giovanni was great! He picked us up at the airport and dropped us off at the train station when we left. He was always responsive when we had questions. 5 star for Giovanni and Sylvia.
