The set-up is very pretty, the pool area is beautiful, the gardens well-maintained and the rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, the tortilla was amazing. The host could be a little more communicative as we didn't realize we could use some of the utensil and space to prepare ourselves our meals (just no cooking), we saw guests doing it so we asked and it was permitted. It would be nice to have a little more information on the amenities when we check-in. The location is ideal 10 min for Valley of the Temple and 25 min to Scala Dei Turchi.

一切都很滿意

La struttura è davvero bella e ben tenuta. Le proposte di attività da fare all’interno e all’esterno del resort sono molto ricche e interessanti e ben erogate. Abbiamo usufruito della colazione a buffet buona e abbondante, e abbiamo pranzato e cenato nei bar e ristoranti alla carta all’interno del resort: purtroppo abbiamo constatato che in tutti i punti ristorazione il servizio è davvero pessimo, di sicuro non all’altezza del conto e del livello proposto. La stessa “inesperienza” si è riproposta al nostro arrivo: camera non pronta all’orario del check-in, ci hanno abbandonati ad attendere finchè non siamo tornati a chiedere indicazioni. Peccato. Menzione speciale a Francesco alla reception che al contrario è stato disponibile, professionale e ci ha dato ottimi consigli.
