Gorgeous furnished 2 BR/2BA coach home in the desirable Spanish Wells Country Club Community. This rental offers spacious 9' ceilings, open and airy floorplan. Ground floor end unit with attached garage. Recent improvements include newly installed luxury vinyl plank flooring, new kitchen appliances, new washer and dryer, Hunter Douglas blinds, new carpet, and a reverse osmosis water system. The master suite is complete with a spacious walk-in shower, dual vanities, soaking tub, and a tiled walk-in shower. The screen enclosed lanai is a great place to relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings! This unit is conveniently located just steps to the community pool!

Golf is available at Spanish Wells Golf & Country Club. Morning rate is $129, and Afternoon rate is $149.

This unit is available for season immediately, and annual rental will also be considered.

During the season of January-March, you must rent for the entire three months consecutively. No weekly rentals.
