Our first time in Vegas and we definitely picked a winner. I absolutely loved the hotel. Our room was great and I loved the food and shopping. Dinner at Alexxas was fabulous. I can’t wait to come back.

More food options would be nice

The remodeled king suite is very nice. A few dings here and there but no complaints from me.

All food at the casino was excellent and affordable. There was a few issues at the casino that i feel staff was poorly trained on with no communication. Although all staff and management was very polite and helpful resolving issues

I liked the property itself, it was really nice. We stayed in the owner 1 bed suite. The room was pretty roomy, with a kitchenette and jetted tub.It had a great view of the strip as well. I didn't like that the only option for parking was valet and your guests couldn't park at your hotel. They only allowed one car per unit on the property. The valet wait times were very long which was upsetting. The pool hours were also not great, one of the pools didn't open until 10am. Also when I needed more towels, I called the concierge desk and was told since I booked through a third party, they couldn't help me and told me call another number. So I probably woudn't stay here again, there were too many inconvenieces.
