Blue Ridge Postcard View. Long Range, Layered Mountain Views!

Blue Ridge Postcard View is a deluxe 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, West facing condo at The Reserve at Sugar Mountain with beautiful long range, layered mountain views at 5200 ft. elevation. It is close to all that the High Country area offers, such as skiing/snowboarding, snow tubing, hiking, waterfalls, whitewater rafting, golfing, tennis, wineries, fine local restaurants, and of course, the Blue Ridge Parkway! A few minutes drive gets you to any of the area attractions such as Grandfather Mountain, Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster, Linville Falls, Tweetsie Railroad, etc.

Enjoy a morning with coffee or an evening sunset on the 300 square foot deck with a 180 degree mountain view, The main living area has a million dollar view to the west, widescreen TV, a table that seats six, a bar with barstools, and a bistro table with two barstools as well. The master bedroom has amazing views from the king size bed. There is a wide screen TV, access to the deck, a jetted jacuzzi tub in the spacious bathroom, as well as a tiled, oversized shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, and shares a full bath with the living area. The condo has a washer and dryer, WiFi, cable, and a gourmet kitchen with a Keurig and a regular coffee maker, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

Due to elevation, the average temperature is 20 -25 degrees cooler than the Charlotte/ATL/Eastern NC areas, and approximately 10 degrees cooler than other “mountain towns” due to the high elevation. Because of this, it is required during the winter months that you have a 4WD or AWD vehicle due to snow and/or ice. There is no refund for not being able to reach the condo due to weather conditions.

Amazing Getaway

Basically at the top of the mountain! At times you are above the clouds. The condo was very clean and decorated to make it feel like home! We definitely want to go back! Excellent property!

Postcard View Indeed! Plus well appointed condo!

The view from this condo is amazing from the living room and master bedroom, especially at sunset. The condo is well laid out and spacious. The beds are comfortable, and each bedroom has great furniture. The bathrooms are spacious, clean, and with all the amenities. We love the kitchen - great appliances, tools, utensils etc - with lots of counter spaces. Highly recommended and we will definitely return.

Going into our stay we knew the views would be spectacular but so was Blue Ridge Postcard view condo! We felt like we were home except for the amazing long range Mountain View’s. Everything about the place was great. We will be back!

Cleanest Rental Ever

This is the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in, by far. Dean is very timely in his responses. Check-in was great. Close enough to walk to top of sugar mountain’s summit express lift then ski down. We would definitely stay here again. Perfect experience, highly recommend.

Girls getaway

Quiet getaway with my mom and daughter . We have been doing this for 2 years now and this area is very quiet to get away and relax . We enjoyed this condo it’s very nice and clean . The views are beautiful . It’s not too far from Banner Elk, Boone, or Blowing Rock .

Dean went above and beyond answering our questions. Pretty much everything you could possibly need to enjoy a relaxing stay was available. Great mountain condo

Dean is great to work with. Condo is always clean and everything works as it should, which doesn’t always happen with other rental companies. Great instructions and communications. View is fabulous. Stunning condo in a fabulous location

Dean was quick and helpful with enquiries. The condo was very clean, comfortable, well equipped and the views on the deck were marvellous. Fantastic property

My friend and I were extremely happy with our stay! Dean has done a great job in all the little details and we liked how the condo is decorated...so many mountain touches! The back deck provides a spectacular view of those gorgeous mountain ranges, and we had a front row-seat to a beautiful sunset. The beds were really comfy, and the unit was so clean. Coming back in the late aftenoon October weather and turning on the fireplace....awesome! Definitely want to return...thanks, Dean!

Beautiful views beautiful condo

The unit is very nice and very well stocked. The furniture is comfortable and up to date. The views from both the great room and the master bedroom are spectacular. The TV setup is very good with cable and the easy ability to log onto your video services such as YouTube TV. In addition, if you like to watch movies on DVD, Dean must have 200 or so that are almost new. Each bedroom plus the great room are set up with a smart TV and a DVD player. The kitchen has all the essentials we needed for our stay. Dean was very good in communicating both before and during our stay. We plan on staying here again in the future.
