"We are very grateful to the staff at Finders Hotel during our 2 week stay in Nov 2025. They were all very helpful and friendly and very accommodating. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The choices were wonderful and we especially enjoyed the herbal soup which was so comforting. We also loved the salad bar with the fresh fruits, snow pea shoots, walnuts and almonds on offer. It was so nice to munch on the large variety of snacks and noodle bowls. It was especially nice that the laundry facilities were readily available and affordable. It allowed us to last a good 4 to 5 days while awaiting our lost luggage to arrive at the hotel. That was a real life saver! The hot and cold beverages and microwave oven in the common area made it so easy for us to warm up meals at the hotel. There were many tables and comfy sofas to use and it truly felt like a Home away from Home. The location can't be beat. We were able to walk to many parks, museums, temples, night markets easily. We were also walking distance to the Taipei Main station which made it very convenient to travel to and from the airport. Other transit stops were the NTU Hospital, the Ximen station and a bus stop that easily took us to Jiufen. The only glitch we had was coming back to our room one night with a temperature set at 18'C. A staff member quickly fixed that problem for us by offering us a portable heater to keep the room warm and comfortable for the night. Highly recommend and would stay here again!"

"Super friendly staffd hotel. The location is excellent with a subway stop in the same area. One stop with take you to Taipei station where you can connect to lots of locations. A small night market and a great temple are nearby."

"We previously stayed in the other sister company, Papa Whale, but enjoyed our stay in Midtown Richardson even more. It was located even closer to the MRT station and included everything we needed. "

"Very classy and elegant hotel, where I had a nice and large room, with good facilities. Breakfast selection was unusual (to a Westerner), but wide choice and perfectly nice. I had some free coffee vouchers for the ground floor coffee shop, which did the most amazing rose lattes. The surrounding area was very safe (as is all of Taipei) and the main station is only a few yards away. Great place to stay if you are visting for the first time."

"We have a king size bed in our room. At first when you walk in, you will see the shower first. It might be weird but overall, we like the room. The staffs are all excellent in customer service. They offer their assistance in anything you need. Super convenient to MRT, high-speed railway, or buses as you are 2 mins walk to Taipei Main Station. Highly recommend!"
