Staff friendly.
You can direct contact hotel to arrange a taxi, it will share with other visitors from other resorts.
Book local tours is available.

If you live in garden room and sea view room have to cross a road to the beach, there's lots of high speed cars so be careful.
Breakfast is little salty.

“这个水屋在渐变色海的那一片、当时预定就是看好了这个颜色的，安排的水屋也刚好可以看岛分界线。虽然给人感觉有点像茅草屋，但是毕竟海颜色美丽，而且可以去泰拉索看看。住水屋的话从房间直接下海浮潜，水不深适合不会游泳或者水性不好的人。我们是从瑞吉过来的，心里当然有落差、不过还是满意的。吃饭也便宜，就是那个帕尼尼我实在不喜欢哈哈哈～并且这边预定的水上项目也很划算的！还有中午服务员台湾一个小妹妹很细心给我们介绍适合我的项目。后来酒店完美安排了出租车送我们去机场，出租车自己花钱，船免费。没有用酒店专用快艇送我们去，省钱为主。哈哈哈。建议大家可以先住这边、再去住瑞吉或者四季，这样就不会有落差啦！泰拉索也没有好很多。哈哈哈这个洲际经济实惠。”

“非常棒的体验、中文管家服务无微不至，度假村环境很不错，活动也很多。亚洲餐厅口味很好，泄湖餐厅的法餐非常棒。我们的沙滩屋位置很好，有自己的私人沙滩，离开时候为了帮我们节省交通费用帮我们送到了波拉码头，之后打车去我们另外一家酒店。很贴心。只在度假村呆着哪里都不去也不会无聊。”

“Wow…Words can’t describe enough the service and stay at this Lodge&Villa. The yacht club is the closest restaurant that is walking distance with local performances on Saturday&Tuesday. My recommendation is to rent a scooter or rental car to experience the other local restaurants as to there are a distance away from the lodge.”

“My 1st stay on an over water bungalow and it is at Bora Bora, Wow, what can I further ask for ! Every guest is treated as VIP in the resort. There is a complimentary champagne within the room and a small welcome present. It got good restaurant. But don't expect you can see coral fish from the transparent opening within the room. Also the airport transfer fees is a bit high - though it is common understanding to forget about budget when u are in BB. ”
