"Excellent stay only 20 mins drive from the historic town of Guimaraes. We had a beautiful double room with a fantasic view down into the valley. The gardens are beautiful, breakfast includes fresh orange juice from the orange trees in the garden. Claudino is very generous with his time and knowledge. "

"Large property with extensive gardens, providing everything you could want on holiday. Content to sit by the window and watch the boats going up and down the river, very relaxing. Lovely pool, although sadly unable to use it because of the weather. Tiago was very helpful and responded immediately to any queries. Would thoroughly recommend!"

The property is a complex of solid stone buildings with tasteful architecture, nestled at the bottom of the valley in perfect harmony with its surroundings. Every detail, big and small, is thoughtfully cared for. The atmosphere is perfectly peaceful and green, with only the songs of birds waking you in the morning.
