Julie was warm and kind. She made me feel welcome and cared for in a city I did not know well. She is clearly detail-oriented and thorough. I loved seeing her every day. She helped me with my car to the airport, maps of the city, and suggestions of where to go. She also gave me an adaptor for my electronics. The other staff members were also terrific, a great team. Breakfasts were delicious!!

Lovely hotel in FANTASTIC location. Room is very basic- although it has a kitchenette- but very clean. Staff is wonderful.

I adore the property and would enjoy staying there again. Not everything worked, not a big deal to me if there are high ceilings historic classic Bordeaux building and so close to the cathedral.
