THE APARTMENT

Discover Bordeaux by staying in this beautiful apartment recently renovated with top-of-the-range amenities! With a capacity of 4 people, this apartment will provide you with a comfortable and quality stay to discover the city in complete tranquility.

Located on the ground floor of a historical building with beautiful stone, enter this modern and warm apartment, especially thanks to its exposed stone and quality equipment.

The living space has a TV corner with a convertible sofa, a dining table and its 3 chairs as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

The pleasantly decorated bedroom is situated in souplex on the lower level and offers a double bed (140cm).

The bathroom is on the main level, on the same level as the bedroom and has a walk-in shower and a vanity unit.

Due to the steep stairs, this apartment is not recommended for children.

DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of 250€ will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card. You will only have to pay a service fee of 3,27€.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

Take the bus 1 from the stop " Aéroport de Mérignac " to the stop " Gambetta Mériadeck " then walk 6 minutes.

From the St Jean train station:
Take the bus 1 from the stop " Gare St Jean " to the stop " Palais de Justice " and walk 7 minutes or take the tramway C from the stop " Gare St Jean " to the stop " Place de la Bourse " and walk 11 minutes.

To park your car, parking on the streets is free only from 7pm to 9am as well as on Sundays and public holidays.
The apartment does not have a car park, the public car park " Clemenceau Auditorium " is located 350 meters from the apartment.
The price for parking is 30€ for the day.

Week in 16 Rue Ruat

I found the flat interesting and quirky. A lot more charm than staying in a hotel. I can speak a little French so communications (rules, conditions and charges might have been missed had I no knowledge of your language), The downstairs bed was fairly comfortable but felt uneasy climbing the stairs to the living quarters. I would be in trouble if I was at all frail. If I was to come again, I would bring a little Bialette coffee machine- do not like using Nespresso capsules, The cutlery draw should have ordinary knives (for spreading butter on bread) there were only steak knives. The airconditioner unit drips quite badly when left on for any length of time: perhaps this could be fixed or a sign put up explaining that it should be used in moderation. It was advertised as suitable for 4 people: Although it is possible for two to sleep on the couch upstairs and two downstairs, you would find it almost impossible- the table only seats 2 at a squeeze. It is only good for two. Location is perfect.

Appartement très agréable. Mandy est une personne disponible et très bienveillante. Le hic c'est qu'en plus du prix, il faut ajouter la caution de 250euros et des frais de ménage et service de 52 euros. Une prestation hôtelière reste à envisager à ce tarif.

Souplex très mignon et assez propre (un peu de miettes au sol...). Très bien situé en hyper centre. Personnel parfaitement accessible. Cependant : aucune des 2 TV n'a fonctionné, c'est un système de TV connectée avec une application mais malgré plusieurs tentatives le signal ne fonctionnait pas. Le sèche cheveux était HS. Dommage que les prestations ne soient pas optimales puisque j'imagine inclus dans le prix.

Nice little apartment in the centre of bordeaux, Great location, clean and tidy, small but ideal for 2 people or small family for a couple of nights. would highly recommend. Parking however is an issue as there is no parking anywhere near the apartment but you can park in a number of close underground carparks at a cost of 20 euro per day. the location is ideal for the shops and restaurants.

Quick to get the card machine out for a deposit but slow to pay it back. Accommodation was ok but stairs down to the bed room are bordering on dangerous.

Problème d'annonce

L'appartement est très propre,très joli, très bien situé, mais gros problème la chambre se situe en dessous du salon avec un accès par un escalier très raide. Si l'annonce l'avait mentionné je n'aurai pas loué cet appartement vu que je voyageais avec ma mère de 92 ans. J'ai tout le séjour eu l'angoisse d'une chute !!!!!

Excellent séjour

L’appartement est grand et très agréable. La salle de bain est spacieuse et la chambre également. Sa localisation est tout juste parfaite. Le tramway B est à 2min à pied. La rue Sainte Catherine est à 5min. Tout est rapidement accessible soit à pied ou en tramway. Je recommande parfaitement cette appartement pour un voyageur seul ou un duo mais pas plus, vous pourrez facilement vous trouvez à l’étroit avec l’agencement de l’appartement. L’hôte est extrêmement réactive et cordiale. C’était un plaisir de la rencontrer.
