“Quaint and comfy! Perfect for medium groups who don’t mind sharing rooms. The host is very upfront about it being near the main road and traffic noise is certainly present. Would not recommend as a quiet place to work but it was perfect for our group attending a local conference as a place within walking distance with a kitchen. The host Monica is very friendly and brought us homemade pasta! ”

“The villa is located at the top of hill enjoying a stunning Tuscan countryside view. The house itself is antique however well restored, with an exquisite dining room and a professional kitchen. Breakfast is fabulous particularly the handmade orange jam making me feel myself the Paddington bear! We also tried the dinner set which tasted good and natural. For the welcome drink, try the hot chocolate made by the reception lady! It is a 2 hours drive from Florence or 1.5 hours from Siena, you may……

“Pros: Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, schöne Zimmer, Klimaanlage in jedem Raum, Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Badezimmer, einen tollen großen Garten. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt, sodass Hunde frei herumlaufen können. Die Besitzer sind wirklich sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und uns wurde gleich alles gezeigt und erklärt. Wir haben auch noch tolle Tipps bekommen, was man in der Gegend alles anschauen kann und welche Städte sehenswert sind. Bei Fragen konnte……

“Property was in the country side of Italy. If you come make sure you bring mosquito spray. They bite a lot. Pool area was very nice except sides were covered with BEEs. Rooms were ok… covered with tiny ants. Breakfast was good and had a variety. Came with my family of 4.”
