“The property was exceptional but I was disappointed by the welcome from the host. They made no attempt to contact me prior to my visit and I had to contact them. Details of how to access the property were not given until I asked for them. If I book a property I expect the hosts to contact me immediately to welcome me and give me essential details like directions and how to pick up the key. “It was our first visit to Italy from Canada. Would recommend 100%. Owners were amazing to deal with. Responded to any questions in a very timely manner. Casa Relax location was ideal for shopping, restaurants, train station and the beach/marina. All were within a 10 minute or less walk. Casa Relax had everything you needed to feel at home.”

“Everything was good and satisfactory. Location near the sea and the resort pool was amazing. Staff kind, friendly and helpful. Enjoyed tennis and archery. Our holiday was ruined by theives the day we left the resort in the theme park carpark minutes after we left. This had a very bad effect on us. The police was not helpful and couldn't care less.”
