"Upon arriving there was large dance party with loud music that could be hear to the third floor. The crowd was so large you could not go onto the outdoor deck. The restaurant area was the same. No where to sit. We were taken to another area where wedding guests would be seated and had dinner. The subsequent days breakfast and dinners were excellent. Staff was gracious and caring. Limited parking but we were there on the shoulder season--no problem. This is a beach front hotel. There are really no other facilities for shopping etc. Need to head into Latina for this."

"The male waiters were rude and arrogant. The dinner was bad, but the breakfast was good. The shower was switching from hot to cold in a second you had to be careful not to be burned. The cleaning of the bath room needs improvement. Unfortunately we had next to the hotel a big dog barking during nighttime. Not a pleasant stay. "

"Convenient location - just a train ride from Roma Termini and then a 10 minute walk to the hotel. The view of the beach, the ability to rent beach chairs and beach umbrella made this an enjoyable beach day. "

"This property is overrated, it is of course nice and new but it does not offer services and amenities as a 4-stars hotel. We got very poor information at check-in. Bar service is extremely disorganized and very expensive, conscious of what they offer."
