The hotel was beautiful with great amenities and the food was great.

Our stay at Hotel Zeta was one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel was lovely, the location was great, and our family suite was beautiful, clean, and had an incredible view. But what I’ll remember most is how the staff treated my mother and me. We were there for my mother’s birthday, and they helped me plan a surprise for her. They helped me order flowers and coordinated everything so it would be ready while we were out. They also sent complimentary champagne and gave us a discount on a spa service. They put real care into making her feel special, and seeing how happy she was meant so much to me. Everyone we met was kind, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed. The Russian-speaking staff made my mother feel especially comfortable. We felt welcomed and at home throughout our stay. Zeta set the bar so high that the places we stayed afterward had a lot to live up to. I would absolutely recommend the family suite, and we would love to return. The only tiny hiccup was that YouTube on the TV didn’t work very well with Android; connecting with an iPhone seemed easier. It didn’t affect how wonderful our stay was.

Sehr sauberes Recht neues Hotel mit sehr herzlichen Personal,die stets alles bestens in Ordnung halten. Die Damen morgens beim Frühstücksbuffet sind sehr freundlich und immer für Wünsche offen. Ebenfalls der junge Herr ,der Nachmittags am Pool Getränke und Essen zubereitet war äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich! Zimmer sind sehr groß mit Terasse. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt! Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen

Our room was very clean, good closet space. Balcony was nice. Tiniest soap I’ve ever had, 2 small bottlesof shampoo, no shelf to put them on in shower though. We ate dinner in the restaurant across from hotel and it was very good. The inclusive breakfast at hotel needed improvement, no fruit or yogurt, eggs hard as a rock, hot dogs (?!), we were there end of season so not many guests. The beach is rocky but lots of trash. Walk to the other end where the water is calmer and the beach sandy.
