"We got here early, around 10am and check in wasn't until 2pm, we were told we could go straight to our room which was fantastic! There are language barriers but that can be expected anywhere you go. The room (and hotel) are very outdated, but it was clean, tidy, beds were good enough for the 4 nights we stayed. The shower, was good. Though small, difficult to get in, someone disabled would have no chance as it's like hopping over into a bath, even we struggled. HOWEVER, the room had no amenities, other than a very old TV with one channel, this didn't concern us as we didn't come to Prague to sit and watch TV! BUT, there was no kettle, tea, coffee etc though it says there is a minibar in each room on the website, there isn't! No hairdryer, I did ask for one, got given it, for it to not work! Didn't bother asking for another, did without. We had to ask TWICE for fresh towels but they didn't understand us so I took a towel down to be told 'maid will come at 4pm'. The rooms weren't cleaned and the beds weren't changed but not bothered as only there 4 nights. Not a huge range for bfast but you get what you pay for. It is a long walk away from the centre but its walkable/transport near. If you're on a budget, don't mind walking & below average hotel is ok, then this is the one for you. "This is a huge apartment with modern amenities. It’s right on the square where there are shops and restaurants and bars. It was kinda difficult to find since it’s not a hotel. When they say it’s right beside the C&A department store, they mean the bigger store. There are 2 C&A dept stores in that area so be careful. "Hotel arranged our pick up from the airport and on arrival the driver arranged our return pick up. Greeted at reception not only by pepper the robot! but very pleasant and helpful staff. Our room was lovely and spacious and very comfy. Breakfast was more than adequate and so much to choose from. Tram stop was just down the road from the hotel which took you into the centre and its many attractions. Beautiful city. "Good location, a short walk from heart of the Old Town. Comfortable room, large modern shower, staff were friendly. We ate breakfast outside watching the trams, there is also a metro stop directly outside but the main nightlife spots are a little way from here so there was no noise .
