“The staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable and clean. However two pools had been advertised along with a spa and none of these three amenities were open. The hotel is under major construction which wasn’t made known before booking, with 11 hours of drilling a day which woke me up and tractors and banging happening nonstop which meant that relaxing on the private beach or indeed anywhere within the hotel wasn’t possible. It really ruined my time there and hotel.com didn’t enable me……

Be mindful of power cuts, the team arrange to turn on the backup generator, but not in very late hours or very early. The swim in the lagoon was an unforgettable experience.
