The only thing is that the reason I booked was because a complimentary shuttle service from the airport for my quick overnight layover, was available however it did not specify anywhere that between approximately 10 AM and 5 PM There’s no service available which incurred an additional charge of €25 to get to the hotel out of pocket."

"The hotel was basic, but that's fine. I think it would be great to have shuttles to the station or airport. Maybe something you can give customers regarding train schedules. Oh, my shampoo dispenser was empty which annoyed me, but I've been annoyed by worse. Food was nice."

"Hotel is in a great location with plenty of parking Staff very helpful and rooms clean and comfortable. Good restaurant on site Train station 20 mins walk away for links to airport and Brussels Will definitely use again when in area"
