I don’t recommend staying here. The door in our room was broken and missing a handle. No one seemed to care or warn us when we checked in. The entire building reeks of chlorine because of the indoor pool. The pool itself is fine but small. The chlorine is so strong it’s like swimming in bleach. I’m sure there’s good reason for that. The towels at the pool ran out while we were swimming and we had to walk back to our room soaking wet. The hotel should rent out floaties or life jackets for young children, make some money to improve the property. There’s also a homeless center across the street and a ton of tents in the area. We gave out some food which they appreciated. The furniture was dingy and worn. The carpet is worn and kinda gross. Overall I think I paid too much staying here

There was issue with booking. Baymont staff mentioned there was double booking and that too in the day of check in. That is total crap and blaming Expedia for overbooking. Also front desk mentioned there was no overbooking a day before but in the day it got over booked , really?? Unbelievable crap

There is a shelter across the street to the west and a homeless encampment across the street to the north. After we got back from dinner there was an altercation taking place in the parking lot with yelling and cursing between two members of the camp. I was glad to leave early the next day.

#1 This location is surrounded by homeless people, one of my guests a smoker was being harassed by the homeless around the hotel, they would yell at her for a cigarette every time she went outside to smoke. it was very scary for her. #2 I asked if they service the rooms. they answer we are supposed to ask for housekeeping service if we did. well, I said then I would like to request housekeeping service. I did this every day for 5 days, housekeeping never got to the room. I had to go find my own towels and toiletries to the front desk in a daily basis. #3 Breakfast was thin, and every day they had less and less. I understand it is a cold breakfast and options are not very many but not having the main items available like decaf coffee, creamer, oatmeal, fruit. It would be best not to advertise free breakfast if at least the minimum cannot be provided.

Had to use a washcloth to clean the bathroom sink & countertops. The door latch was completely broken. That was the second room offered. The first room was so dirty, I couldn’t stay there. Tried to go to different hotel but everything was sold out.🙁

The hotel overbooked so instead of getting a suite, they gave us two rooms. Several rooms on the first floor were unavailable for the sole reason that they hadn't been cleaned, so we had second floor rooms. There is no elevator, so we had to lug many suitcases up the stairs. The air conditioning in one room barely worked, which is a problem in 90 degree weather. The area around the hotel was questionable, so we were afraid to leave ANYTHING in our vehicle.

Area is across street from homeless food bank and housing(tent city). We were not bothered by any of the homeless, did see some drug activity, and these activities do put a ✔️ on the area.

This property looks awesome in photos but was a big disappointment for us. There is a large homeless encampment directly behind it and all along the back of the hotel strip. The pool broke down and we weren’t told so when we arrived there was no way to rebook anywhere else because all of Bozeman had sold out. The very last day of our stay when we were checking out the pool was finally fixed and then the front desk said that we couldn’t extend our checkout (they were booked solid for the next day) and the pool was locked until 9am. After going back and forth they finally agreed to let us use the pool for a bit before our checkout time. Would not recommend to others for safety concerns and drugged out homeless people right outside. The pool however was really cool!

The hotel is a nice hotel and good staff. The surrounding property does have homeless people near by.

The first night we got there I saw a small brown bug crawling on the side of my bed. Just to make sure, I got a picture of a bed bug to see if it matches the bug on my bed and it sure did. We went and got our rooms changed. The next morning we get a call to go to the front desk and I explained to the new lady at the front desk about the bed bugs and she told me that we didn’t have any. We clearly had a bed bug and I described what happened and she talked to me like I was stupid and ridiculous for moving rooms and saying we had a bed bug. Incredibly bad service, unkind, and the place has bed bugs. Probably won’t believe you unless you take a picture.

2 words: homeless encampment…directly across the street. Hard to believe Bozeman allows street camping but apparently it does. The McDonalds across the street serves as the drug hub. That said, if overnight safety wasn’t on your mind before you get here, it will be when you pull in. This place is ridiculously expensive yet seems reasonable since Bozeman is so overpriced. Do yourself a favor, spend extra money across the interstate and stay at a better hotel.

Unfortunately this hotel has a homeless camp across the street. It's makes you question the safety of the place whether or not that's politically correct to say. The pool and waterslide was loved by our 7 year old. I didn't find the room super clean. There was food still left in our fridge and hair in the bath and shower. Beds seemed clean though which is the most important. Was expecting more for the money spent.

We were shocked when we arrived that there was a huge 30-40 tent homeless encampment across the parking lot from the hotel . Several beat up cars were being lived in and homeless people were walking all around the hotel outside! DO NOT stay here!! We asked to be moved to another Wyndham hotel and went in circles on the phone til we gave up. We lost our money but would not stay anyway! We are very unhappy with Baymont by Wyndham and unless they choose to refund our $ we will no longer use their hotels!

What bothered us most was the group of loud and rowdy transients that are living on the street behind the hotel. We did not feel safe and were concerned about our car being vandalized. I have no idea why the city of Bozeman allows this type of activity to go on.
