We had a very late check in after attending a wedding. I had a total of 3 rooms reserved. The front desk assured our reservation was guaranteed and upon our arrival (after midnight) I noticed our paperwork was ready to go. The gentleman at the counter checked us in quickly, which was appreciated at that time of night. I also need extra blankets, and he brought them up to us in minutes. Overall, great experience.

The stay was nice. Just wish the sinks were alot higher, they sit pretty low, and for someone with a bad back, bending over was hard. Breakfast was good for my son, he enjoyed the waffles.

Don’t stay here. Dirty and nasty. To much $ for this kind of a place. Holiday Inn had a fire and out of business. Stay in brownwood.

Room, lobby, launch room and arounds were well clean. All staff were friendly and polite, I would say, the lady working night shifts should be a little more friendly and patient while talking to clients at check in. I had a little question/request and she was very cold about it. Did not like the way she handled it and talked back to me. Other than that, my visit was good.
