“A pleasant surprise to find the accommodation was actually as nice as the photos (which is sadly rare in a lot of holiday homes). Very clean, nice, and comfortable, And roomier than expected. Pip and Tanya, at the pub restaurant next door, were welcoming and helpful when we arrived and friendly throughout our stay. Plus the pizzas were huge and tasty. There was a great little band playing to about 6pm on the Sunday evening we arrived, and it was quiet and peaceful for the rest of our stay. It's……

“This property has gorgeous lake views from nearly every room in the house. It is well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We did have a issue with some broken glass upon checking in (no fault of the property owner, a lamp had randomly fallen over and shattered) and were a bit disappointed at the poor communication about if/when the issue could be resolved.
