“Our suite had 2 pots but no frying pan. Also, we inadvertently dropped a pyroceram bowl after doing the dishes. Neither was an issue for the office staff; they provided us with replacements for both without question and didn’t even charge for the broken bowl. This is our second time staying at the suites in Airway Heights. They provide decent suites that are clean, roomy and have a homey feel, for a reasonable price. They’re close to many restaurants and the Walmart shopping center area. Staff……

“The host was very responsive to questions before and during our stay. Location of the apartment was perfect for walkability, the included secure parking and self check in were also on our list of requirements. The unit was clean and comfy. We appreciated the foam earplugs, as we are not used to city sounds, and running the fan as white noise was helpful. Also, having coffee pods, creamer and basics such as olive oil, salt, pepper and other spices were much appreciated. Thanks for a nice stay.”

“Check in was so easy since everything to get in was all sent to me via text. Great location by the beach. Had full kitchen with every ammenity I could possibly want including a variety of teas and coffee's. Area was not busy during the winter and felt very safe. Condo felt like a fully furnished apartment with a washer and dryer inside the unit and a nice balcony and view. I had an amazing stay here with my partner. 10/10 recommend! ”

"As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. Even though we had already paid, the hotel almost charged us again. Too many issues overall. The only real highlight was the swimming pool, which our child absolutely loved"
