“Lovely area.”

“Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed……

“Nice clean and comfortable”

“The location was very convenient. We had stayed here before but it was totally redone and beautiful. Staff was very friendly. Bed was very comfortable and room was beautiful. My favorite was the farm fresh yogurt machine you could add granola, nuts, cranberries and brown sugar to but had run out. The staff told me they would make more and it was close to 10:00 closing time for the continental breakfast! We would definitely go there again on our trip upstate!!!”

“Very clean and updated simple motel.”

“The door handle and door mechanism in my room was covered in dust. The door to the bathroom had a hard time closing because it was warped. There was a large stain on the rug. There was a spider on the curtains. I left after one night of a two night stay.”

“The inn is historic with a grand feel. The room was large and nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Nice hot shower. Clean room. Food and service were great. The staff were professional and personable and made sure that you were happy with your stay. Would definitely return to this inn.”

“They have really stepped their game. Not the Holiday Inn Express i remember. Totally much higher bar.”

“Property very well maintained, everything you would need for an extended stay, we stayed one night for a show at Tanglewood(20” away) The rooms have microwave, fridge, dishes, dishwasher,etc. everything you would need to eat in. Also pool, hot tub, exercise and movies at night in a great room. Helpful staff, great price for a great room( separate dining area, living area, bedroom and huge bathroom!!!!!) extra clean woukd def go back”

“The house was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious, and John was a kind and gracious host. It was like staying with an old friend. Highly recommend.”
