“After having a less than ideal stay at a different Global Luxury/Churchill location, I read the reviews for this building and decided to give them an opportunity to leave a better impression. One of the existing reviews shares of a broken bed, I may’ve gotten the same unit they stayed in, as my bed was broken as well (the bed frame, specifically). The bed sank into the middle of the broken frame.
Advertised parking for (temporary) guests in this building is a three minute drive/ten minute walk……

“The actual unit is very nice and very clean! Lots of small appliances and kitchen utensils perfect for use. Everything was clean and organized.
Some of the appliances didn't work however. The microwave wasn't working properly. Otherwise everything else i used worked as expected.
Check in was a nightmare! The host was very rude and unhelpful. I had to rely on expedia's chat system with Hala Tysons to get my check in information. The website with the checkin information is so poorly developed……
