“Great house with a lot of room.”

“gorgeous place up in the woods. you wont see a neighbor or traffic. nice little brook out back with an excellent sound. Front porch rockin' chairs were a favorite. Franklin WV is 4 miles away with a few restaurants and groceries if you care. Kitchen was great and had all the necessary things. turn off all the lights and step outside at night and it is pitch black except for the stars. WIFI was very handy and TV had Samsung streaming apps.”

“The bed and breakfast has some unique characteristics leftover from the 1800s. Breakfast was delicious and it was enjoyable eating and chatting with the other guests”

“The floor was loose and uneven, with lumps and outright holes just covered with carpet. There was mold all over the wall and ceiling of the shower. The towels were barely usable. The bed wasn't horrible. Disappointing at the price I paid.”
