Experience the best of Breckenridge from this centrally located, recently updated vacation rental in the heart of Breckenridge! The best part – it’s a short stroll (100 yds) to the Gondola and only a block from Main Street, with a free shuttle next door that will take you to Peaks 8, 9, or 10, or around town.

The Space:
Location perks: Ski enthusiasts will love the easy access to the Gondola right across the street. You’ll walk to the Gondola via the Skyway Skiway underpass, avoiding the need to cross Park St, the main road. Ride the Gondola to the base of the Breckenridge Ski Resort, ski all day, and then ski down the 4 O’Clock Gondola Back Run to get back to the condo – about a ½ block walk. After skiing, it’s a short one-block stroll to restaurants, the Blue River, bars, and downtown shopping.

The adjacent kitchen is a dream for any home cook, fully equipped with all cooking necessities, including an air fryer, a waffle maker, a blender, a coffee pot, a Keurig, and a charming kitchen bar with 2 stools for casual morning coffee. The dining area, featuring a 6-person table, is perfect for shared meals, a game of cards, and lively conversations.

The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed, with cozy, comfortable memory foam beds, to provide both comfort and privacy. The first bedroom includes a queen-queen bunk bed, with a solid staircase to access the top bunk, and is perfect for families or groups to spread out. Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire home, a private ski locker, a shared hot tub, a seasonal pool, and a shared laundry facility. Additionally, they will have access to one designated parking space.

The Neighborhood:
This home is in an incredible location, within walking distance of everything Breck has to offer. You can be on the slopes in no time, with two lifts just a 10-minute walk away. The BreckConnect Gondola, just 3 blocks from the home, connects you to Peaks 7 and 8. The Snowflake lift is only a 10-minute walk, making it easy to get on the slopes. Breckenridge Ski Resort, 2.5 miles away, offers five peaks and great après-ski dining.

Breckenridge’s historic Main Street is less than a 10-minute walk, filled with shops, restaurants, breweries, galleries, and museums. Take a scenic stroll along the Blue River Recreation path, which is lined with trees and runs parallel to Main Street’s charming shops and eateries. Live music fans can enjoy concerts at Riverwalk Center, where indoor heated seating is available in winter and lawn seating in summer. Experience Peak 8’s Epic Discovery in warmer months with its alpine slide, roller coaster, and mini-golf. Explore scenic Boreas Pass, discover the Isak Heartstone troll, or hit one of the many hiking and biking trails—this home puts it all at your fingertips!

Getting Around:
This well-located home is situated right on the free Breck Free Ride shuttle line, with the Sawmill Road stop on the Gold Express Route just a two-minute walk from the house. From here, you can easily connect to multiple bus routes that take you anywhere you need to go in Breckenridge. You’re also within walking distance of the town’s main attractions, ski lifts, eateries, and bustling Main Street. Main Street is less than a 10-minute walk away, where you can catch the free trolley—an ideal way to explore downtown Breckenridge. Or, quickly access the ski slopes via the BreckConnect Gondola, just blocks from the home, which takes you to the bases of Peaks 7 and 8. Uber and Lyft are also readily available.

Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.

Please note that the pool is available only during the summer season and closes in late September. The hot tub is typically closed for about two weeks in October for cleaning due to the constant falling leaves.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
