The Space: This fourth floor condo is tastefully furnished with comfortable, high-quality furniture, and is outfitted with everything you need to make your vacation comfortable and easy.

Guest Access: After a day on the mountain, unwind in one of the seven outdoor community hot tubs or take a dip in the large heated outdoor pool which is open all year long, all while enjoying stunning views of the slopes and the Ten Mile Range. The pool area also features several community grills. Towels are provided for your convenience.
During the summer months, rent a paddle-board and explore the scenic Maggie Pond or bask in the sunshine around the pool while taking in views of the Ten Mile Range.
Fitness buffs will appreciate the fully equipped 24/7 Fitness Center located on the lower level, complete with a sauna and towel service. You’ll also find ski rental shops, including Charter Sports (25% discount for guests of Main Street Station) and Christy Sports, right on site. When you're done with the slopes, make use of the Grand Central Ski Valet for hassle-free gear storage.
Ski equipment rentals are conveniently available on the lower level at Charter Sports, and just steps away is Christy Sports for additional rental options. When you're done on the slopes, you can easily store your gear at the Grand Central lower-level Ski Valet, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
The Neighborhood: Situated right at the base of Peak 9/Quicksilver lift and just one block from Main Street. Peak 9 provides ideal beginner trails and access to more advanced runs, giving you full access to the entire mountain. Just a short 300-foot stroll brings you to Historic Main Street, where you can explore a variety of restaurants and charming boutique shops. If you'd prefer to stay close, the lower level of Main Street Station offers The Quandary Grill and many other tasty restaurant options.
Getting Around: A car is not needed at this property as you are in the heart of all that Breckenridge has to offer. Additionally, there is a stop for the Breck Free Ride shuttle just steps from the condo if you do not feel like walking. This condo offers one spot in the underground parking garage with a provided parking pass. Beginning May 1, 2025, there will be a $25/night (Nov 1-April 30) $15/night (May 1-Oct 31) charge for parking in the underground parking area. If you have additional cars in your group, there is more parking available down the road at the Breckenridge Ice Rink for a small overnight fee as well.

Peak 9 and 10 which are the closest to this property close around mid April every ski season. You can still rent this property and walk or shuttle over to the gondola to begin your day after April those closures in mid April.
Guests receive a 25% discount on renting equipment at Charter Sports on the premises! This property comes equipped with a dedicated small shoe locker in the Charter sports area for shoes and sandals. All boots and skis/boards are kept with Charter on a valet service complementary and boots are kept on boot warmers making your ski day a breeze.
AC is very rare in Breckenridge as the weather stays dry and cool all year long. This building does not have AC and most properties in Breckenridge do not.
