This ski-in gem has mountain views from all windows and overlooks the 4 O'Clock Ski Run and a scenic wooded wetland. The comfortable living area includes two sleeper sofas, a double recliner love seat, and a rocker/recliner chair, all stationed around the gas fireplace. When it comes to entertainment, this retreat doesn't miss. It's fully equipped to keep everyone busy and entertained with a TV with cable and a DVD player in the living room, TVs in both bedrooms, and a fun selection of family board games. The primary suite has a big bed and a private safe for valuables. A comfy bed in the guest bedroom makes this a great option for two couples, a pair of small families, or one big family. When you book this charming condo you are granted access to many fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center! Things to Know This unit is located on the upper second (2nd) floor - 24 stairs total. There are no elevators on property. Guests have access to an off-site pool. This amenity is not managed by Vacasa and is subject to availability. Access may vary depending on pool hours, temporary closures, and key card functionality. Rules, regulations and availability are outside of Vacasa’s control. We appreciate your understanding as availability may shift without notice. This property is managed by Vacasa Colorado LLC. Great Location! Ski right to the back door. 10yards walk to the shuttle up to the 2 closests lifts, Beaver Run and Snowflake. Walk to downtown is maybe 6-7minutes. King Bed in the master is sunken in and terrible, aside from that. It is a great low key, chill place perfect locale. And a good price. I noticed ski lockers inside the front door for easy access. Not a great view from the hot tub but it was enclosed on all sides with glass which would block some inclimate weather. Didn't check out the pool. Cozy & spacious Kitchen well stocked, beds comfy, living area as pictured, office staff helpful.
