Unit was nicely updated and clean. Great location. A few maintenance issues at no fault of owner. Communication was excellent with both PM and owner. BBQ grills no longer allowed on the balcony, therefore was removed.

Amazing stay

Our family loved this property. Downtown Breck is a short walking path away. Hubby and I would sit out on the deck and listen to the stream. Such a relaxing dway to start and/or end the day. The condo kitchen is so well stocked. We never needed a utensil that was not there. Our kids spent house playing chess or checkers. Definitely would stay here again.
