    Breckcation Unit #4046 at Beaver Run Resort. Ski straight from your studio back door in Beaver Run’s coveted Building 4—no lifts, no stairs, just snow! This dog-friendly, ground-floor retreat sits right on Peak 9 and features a cozy living area, smart TVs, and a kitchenette for easy meals. After a day on the mountain, soak in one of nine hot tubs, swim in the heated pools, or grab a Starbucks or Little Man Ice Cream on-site. The free shuttle to Main Street Breck makes every stay effortless.

    Beaver Run Operates a free shuttle that will get you around town, or a 10 minute walk to main street.



    Other Things to Note:

    Well-behaved dogs are welcome for a $80 pet fee.



    2nd dog allowed for $80 — just let us know



    Peak 9 lifts typically close mid-April — enjoy trails or shuttle to Peak 8 for the rest of ski season.



    Parking is available separately and paid directly to Beaver Run Resort, with rates varying by season.



    Walking distance to Main Street shops, dining, and events, Beaver Run also operates Shuttles for your convenience.



    Please note: Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and travel disruptions may occur. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.



    Interaction with Guests:

    We’re available to assist guests daily until 9 PM for anything you need during your stay. For after-hours support, Beaver Run’s front desk and on-site security are available 24/7. Whether it’s help with the unit, questions about the resort, or tips for Breck, we’re here to ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable visit.

We had a great stay. The pool and hot tubs were a big hit! The location was perfect, a moose even walked by to say hello. Would definitely recommend this to others! And Ryan was a great host throughout the whole stay.

We truly enjoyed staying here for our last minute Breckenridge trip! Very clean and spacious, and loved being able to bring our dog. Nice location that is close to town. We would definitely stay here again.

10/10 would stay again, can’t wait to come back. Perfect place for a couple’s retreat! Pool and hot tub are literally right next door, open 10 am - 10 pm (enforced) which we think is not early or late enough, but everything else more than made up for it. Ground level was perfect for our pup. We walked to Main Street a bunch and the gondola, though I’m sure we would’ve shuttled had the weather not been so perfect during our stay. Looks like the shuttle runs very often.

Booked a last-minute weekend getaway and it turned out to be exactly what we needed! Ryan was incredibly kind, responsive, and made everything so easy. A perfect place to enjoy the mountains! It was close enough to town that you could walk. Yet, far enough away that you didn’t have to deal with noise or traffic. Just walk out of your door and you were on a mountain. I could ride my bike immediately on the trails. It has all the amenities you need. The resort offered everything! I will definitely stay here again!

This ski in ski out spot was absolutely amazing! A perfect spot for our weekend trip. As close to the slopes as you can get, yet still quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be coming back to stay at this unit. Ryan was quick with his responses and communication was excellent. Highly recommend!

If you're looking to stay in Breckenridge, this is the spot—a true ski-in and ski-out. We literally could ski straight to the locker room door. I totally recommend this unit, it's a first-floor Beaver Run building 4 unit. What an amazing spot—a true gem in Breckenridge. Also, our hosts were so great about keeping us updated and welcoming us. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

First time at Beaver Run Resort and was very happy with our stay. We had two small children and a dog and this place was perfect for our needs. Room is located right next to the pool and hot tub area which was very convenient. It’s also on the ground level and right next to ample amounts of parking so there was no need to pay for the parking garage. Best part was you can walk to Main Street! The resort itself is also great for families as there is a very large arcade room, multiple pools, little man ice cream, etc. I was also thrilled we could bring our pup along and he could go anywhere (except the pool area). The place itself was clean and just enough room for the 4 of us. The location is excellent and we can’t wait to come back!

Great place! Clean room with lots of space. Hot tub and pool next door. Host stays in contact for any needs you might have. Perfect location for skiing, all the downtown shops are in walking distance or you can take the Beaver Run shuttle. Building Improvement suggestion- soft closers for doors, all condo doors slam shut… are very loud when they close, very disruptive to neighbors.

This place is GREAT for a ski in/out condo! You are just steps away from the slopes out the back porch. The shower is HUGE and the kitchen has a 2 burner stove top, mini fridge, dishwasher, and all the pots, pans, & utensils needed to cook. The unit is at the end of the hallway on the main level and very close to a heated pool and massive hot tub. We had one minor issue that the host handled very quickly on the first day and his communication was really good. Definitely recommend this place and the host.

Just what we needed

My family and myself had a very nice time here! The room was updated and was comfy for the 4 of us. The owners helped walk me through booking and answered every question and concern I had in a timely manner. Only downside was a few dished were dirty but it didn't bother me much since there was a dishwasher and some detergent there it was a quick fix! Would definitely stay again in the future!!

Condo was quiet and comfy with great bed, quality furnishings, great linens, and attractive decor. Loved that it was on end of hall with quick access to outside for our dog. Very nice huge hot tub and heated pool right next to this unit. We enjoyed walking the Burro Trail right across the street. If the resort is hosting events/large groups during your stay, be prepared to not have a convenient parking spot.
